We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is between 5–20 business days, depending on location, holidays, and operational periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their order to request a refund.
All return and refund requests must follow our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returned items must be sent to our warehouse in São Paulo, Brazil, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
